Delete Your Pramana Account & Data
We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your account and any associated personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Pramana account and the data linked to it.
How to Request Deletion
Email support-g@pramana.ae from the same email you used to sign up and include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
If you're signed in, you can also request deletion in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account (if available).
What We Delete
- Your Pramana account and login details
- Inspection records and uploaded photos
- Your contact information (e.g., name, email, phone if provided)
What May Be Kept (and for How Long)
- Legal/operational records: minimal data kept for up to 90 days to meet legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting requirements.
- Backups/aggregates: non-identifiable analytics may be retained. Backups are purged on their normal cycle.
Once the retention period ends, any remaining data is permanently deleted.
Timing
We aim to complete confirmed deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity for security.
