Pramana is a mobile application designed for the Dubai real estate market. It digitises property inspections by enabling efficient photo capture, ensuring data integrity, and generating professional Property Inventory & Condition Reports.
Why Pramana was created
Pramana was born out of a simple frustration: the rental handover process in Dubai is often chaotic, undocumented, and leads to disputes over security deposits. We saw landlords, tenants, and agents struggling with the same problems:
